Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Project Allies Roofing & Contracting LLC handles personal information collected through projectalliesco.com and communications about our roofing and contracting services.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share. This can include your name, email address, phone number, property address, project description, photographs, appointment preferences and messages. If you send project or insurance documents, we also receive the information contained in those documents.

Please share only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive records through ordinary email or a general website inquiry. If other people appear in your photos or documents, make sure you have permission to share their information.

Website activity and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve its content. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device details, approximate location and interactions with the website. Google processes this information to provide analytics reports. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which captures how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. Microsoft explains how it handles this information in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Our website uses our CRM's website tracking to understand visits and how people reach us. The tracking can collect page addresses, referring pages, campaign parameters, browser and device information, timestamps and identifiers associated with a visit or contact. Cookies, local storage and session storage help associate activity across pages and visits. Hosting and service providers also process connection information, such as IP addresses, when delivering the website.

Our CRM can connect supported form submissions with website activity and a contact record. If you use an available form or chat, the information you submit may be processed by the provider operating that feature as well as by us. A link that opens your email application sends information through your email service when you choose to send the message.

Google Analytics and your choices

You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers to prevent Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing visit activity with Google Analytics. This add-on applies to Google Analytics; it does not stop other website tracking or delete information you have already submitted to us. The links below explain how Google uses information from sites that use its services and how to install the add-on.

How we use information

We use inquiry and project information to respond to questions, discuss work, arrange inspections or appointments, prepare estimates, coordinate services and keep records of our communications. We use website activity to understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, improve the website and identify technical or security problems.

We may also use information to meet legal obligations, maintain business records and resolve disputes. Promotional communications are handled separately from the information needed to answer an inquiry or manage a project.

Who receives information

Information is available to the people and service providers who need it to perform the work described here. These can include our team, website and technical-support providers, our CRM provider for customer communications and website tracking, email or messaging providers, and project participants such as subcontractors or suppliers when needed for your requested work. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information when required for legal obligations or to protect lawful rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not give unrelated businesses your inquiry details for their own marketing. If you ask us to coordinate with another person, such as a property manager or insurer, we may share the information needed for that coordination.

Email and text-message choices

Contacting us allows us to respond to your request; it does not by itself enroll you in promotional email or text messages. If you separately choose to receive promotions, you can change your mind. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us using the address below. Essential communications about an active project may continue after you unsubscribe from promotions.

If you opt in to a text-message program, the enrollment disclosure will identify the messages covered by your choice. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact us by email. Promotional text consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use; providers helping deliver our messages may process them to provide that service.

Cookies and privacy requests

Your browser settings can limit cookies and delete stored website data. Some features or visit attribution may stop working when storage or scripts are blocked. Deleting browser data does not delete information you have already sent to us. An email unsubscribe does not turn off website tracking.

To ask about information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use, email us with the subject Privacy request. Include enough information to identify your inquiry or project, but do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative's authority before disclosing or changing records.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information, or to opt out of certain uses, including sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any applicable exception or denial. To ask us to reconsider a denial, reply with the subject Privacy appeal. You may also contact the Colorado Attorney General with a privacy concern.

Retention and security

Information is kept for the purposes described in this policy, including managing inquiries and projects, maintaining required business records and addressing legal obligations or disputes. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of record, the project relationship and applicable requirements. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for those reasons.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information to protect it from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No website, email system or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or information practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a materially different use of previously collected information. Contact us below with questions about this policy.
