Residential · Colorado Springs and the Front Range
General contracting, with the whole job in view.
Project Allies helps homeowners across Colorado Springs and the Denver corridor plan repairs and improvements together. Start with the result you want, and we can discuss the work needed to get there.
Start with a written scope
A project gets easier to compare when the work is described clearly. Identify the rooms involved, what stays, what comes out and which finishes you want. A useful proposal separates material choices from preparation and lists any work that still needs investigation before a firm price is possible.
Put the work in the right order
Flooring, painting and repair work often overlap. Fixing a moisture source or damaged surface belongs ahead of the finish work; deciding trim and floor transitions early avoids doing the same task twice. We can talk through the sequence with you before you commit to individual pieces of the project.
Make room for what is hidden
Opening a wall or removing flooring can expose conditions that were not visible at the first visit. Ask how additional work will be documented and approved, and what allowance is included for it. Keeping that decision separate from the original scope gives you a clear point to review cost and timing.
Permits follow the work and the address
Structural alterations and changes to building systems may need permits, plans and appropriately licensed trades. Requirements vary along the Front Range. Share the property address and the proposed changes early so the correct building department and approval path can be identified.
