Hail damage and insurance claim help in Colorado Springs

Project Allies inspects hail and storm damage for free, documents it before anything is touched and works the insurance claim with you through to the final walkthrough. Hail does not stop at the roofline, so gutters, siding and the rest of the exterior get documented in the same visit.

How the claim works, step by step

It starts with the free inspection: we photograph the roof and tell you what we found, including when the honest answer is that you do not have a claim. If there is storm damage, we help you open the claim and are on the roof with your adjuster. Then we reconcile the adjuster's scope against what the roof genuinely needs and handle the back-and-forth. The build comes last, with materials selected, the crew scheduled and a final walk with you at the end.

One storm, one inspection

Gutters, downspouts, siding, soft metals, window wraps and screens all take hail at the same time the roof does. We look at the whole envelope in the same visit, because a claim is scoped once and the things nobody wrote down do not get paid for.

The contracting half of the name

Project Allies is a roofing and contracting company. Where storm damage runs past the roof, the restoration work stays with the same team rather than being handed to a stranger halfway through.

Documented before it is touched

Photographs and measurements before any work begins. That record is what an adjuster is actually reacting to, and it is the difference between a scope that covers the job and one that does not.

Common questions

Questions we get before the inspection.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. Dominic has spent over eight years on inspections, project management and insurance restoration, and we meet your adjuster on the roof so what gets written down matches what is actually up there.

How do I know whether hail actually damaged my roof?

Usually you cannot tell from the ground, which is the problem. Hail bruising on asphalt shingles is often invisible from the driveway and obvious from four feet away. That is what the free inspection is for, and photographs taken before anything is touched are worth a great deal if a claim follows.

Should I repair storm damage before filing a claim?

Call before you repair. If a storm caused the damage, a repair can complicate a claim you would otherwise have won. Photographs and measurements taken before any work begins are what the adjuster reacts to.

Do you look at more than the roof after hail?

Yes. Gutters, downspouts, siding, soft metals, window wraps and screens take hail at the same time the roof does, so we document the whole exterior in one visit. A claim is scoped once, and damage nobody wrote down does not get paid for.

What does the free inspection include?

We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and walk you through it — including when the honest answer is that you do not have a claim and do not need us yet. There is no charge and no obligation.
