Residential · Colorado Springs and the Front Range
A better floor starts underneath.
Project Allies handles flooring projects across the Front Range. Bring the room details and the look you want; we will discuss preparation and installation as part of the same scope.
Choose for the room you use
Foot traffic, pets, cleaning habits and exposure to moisture help narrow the choice of flooring. A sample also needs to work beside the surfaces that will stay. Tell us the product you are considering so suitability, installation instructions and the work needed underneath can be reviewed before ordering.
Include subfloor preparation
Removing the old surface may reveal damage, height differences or areas that need repair. Installation requirements vary by product, including preparation, moisture limits and underlayment. The estimate should identify the expected preparation and explain how conditions found during removal will be handled.
Finish the edges of the job
Door clearances, stairs, baseboards and transitions to adjoining rooms can change the final scope. Decide whether trim will be reused or replaced and whether appliances or furniture need to move. These details should be included before you compare installation prices.
Sequence it with the rest of the room
When flooring is part of a remodel, coordinate it with wall repairs, painting and any remaining construction. Confirm product lead times and when the room can return to use. Send measurements and photos to begin a discussion about materials and the practical steps involved.
